1990 Mazda Miata - $6000 PRICE REDUCED! MUST SELL
Category: Import
Status: Clean Title
I have a 1990 Mazda Miata for sale, in USA - Illinois.
Mileage: 79000 miles
Engine Size: 1.6
Asking price is $6000
I never thought I'd sell this car, but life gets the best of you. I purchased the car from an older gentleman, I bought it with most of the maintenance history of the car throughout its entire life. When I purchased the car, it had the following already installed:
Car-Tech Turbo Kit @ 6.5lbs of boost
Roll Bar
Suspension Package-Tokico Shocks with similar colored(light blueish) springs and Stabilizer Bars front and rear
Polyurethane Stabilizer Bar Bushings
Miata Door Sills
15" Panasport wheels
Yokohama AVS Rubber
I originally purchased my miata in 2008 with 73k miles. Currently the car has 79XXXk original miles, stock motor, stock transmission and rear end.
This car has been my pride and joy. More of a showcase than a car. Ive driven it less than 3k miles every season. When it wasn't being driven, it spent its time indoors inside a showroom. Its been turbocharged for the last ten years, with an original CarTech Turbo Kit with the IHIRB5 turbo kit with the IC, FPR, and aftermarket fuel pump. The motor has perfect compression at 175 across the board (hot motor). It drips no type of fluid, doesn't overheat, doesn't burn any oil/coolant and starts up every single time without any hesitation. I haven't driven the car much and even when it was driven, it was not beat on. During my ownership, Ive done a few mods to the car. Most were maintenance and a few were for driveability.
Complete Fluid Flush
New OEM Radiator
New Coolant Temp Sensor
Painted Brake Calipers Red
15% Window tint including hardtop
Toyota Coil On Plug setup
Sparco Driver seat
Aftermarket CD/DVD Player w/remote and pioneer speakers-stockers took a dump
OEM Type R Lip Kit
Smoked Front Signal lenses
Polished VC and brackets
Pressure Test Intake Tract and as a result;
Rebuilt the innards of the FPR
New Mazda Injector seals and Insulators
I have the original Miata car cover which I will include as well, the hardtop is also included, as well as the hardtop straps/holder, and a miata enthusiast manual also. There are a few minor issues with the car, the front driver Panasport centercap is missing and the A/C condenser has a leak from which the freon has leaked out (Fixable based on buyer preference). Finally, the rear window on the softop has begun to tear. Its got a few dings and scratches, however I would give the body an 8.5/10. The car has absolutely no sign of any rocker rust or anywhere for that matter, which says a lot for a car which has been through 20 chicago winters..:P
This is a virgin unhacked 1.6 Miata which has had a very easy life and is the perfect car for a someone looking for a no-trouble turn key turbo miata. I'm sure there is more, I will add as I remember. Thanks for looking. I will add more pictures shortly!!

I tried sending you an pm but your inbox was full:
I am looking for a clean turbo Miata and might be interested in yours. I would like to get some more info on yours so please give me a call: 262-391-1069 or get me your number. I would even consider coming out tomorrow (Sunday) depending how far you are from Milwaukee and if I was that interested in what you have.

quick question but how do these cars live without a proper tune after a turbo install?

I would also would like to know if this is still for sale. I just joined the forum and can't send PM's yet, but you are hearing from a seriously interested buyer.
I am finalizing the sale of my WRX as we speak and I am looking to buy ASAP. Would definitely be interested in seeing the car, please don't hesitate to send me PM to discuss.

For the above questions, car has been turbo'ed for the last decade almost, no reliability issues whatsoever. Starts, runs and drives like a bonestock miata with just a little more kick..
call or text at 773-984-9986 for inquiries!
