Default 06 Miata 2.5 swap project

So I had this car for sale a while ago, since then, I have put another 2.5 in it with 12k miles. Still has some issues that need sorting, but I am offering it up for sale right now. Located in San Jose, CA. I am asking 3500 just as a starting point. Not sure exactly what I'll get, but I am open to offers.
Here is the rundown.The good:
~95k miles
Clean Arizona Title in my name
12k mile 2.5L from a 2012 mazda 6
Comes with a spare 77k mile 2.5 block. (has a cracked head)
5 speed manual
Carb legal cold air intake
Racing Beat catback exhaust.
arp crank bolt and extra friction washers. Also will include the timing tools.
It is cheap? sorta? possibly?

The bad:
Interior needs some help
Tires are all old and mis-matched
Paint is faded from Arizona sun in some places
No battery for it
Clutch hydraulics not hooked up
Still on the stock clutch
Engine timing should be adjusted
It needs a tune still.
Crack in the windshield. (pictured)
Arizona registration expired in july

The ugly:
Car was in some sort of accident before I got it.
Rear bumper has a piece missing
Lower door sill panel on the passenger side is missing
Front bumper has a slight dent in it from hitting something
A couple mold spots under the seat need cleaning. Did I mention the interior needs serious help
Makes an odd noise from the injector rail
Needs pretty much every bolt/nut looked over in the engine bay to make sure the monkey(me) who worked on it tightened everything

To clarify on some things.
I have a reciept for the engine currently in the car. I did a compression test, all consistent and can also do another if you wish.
The spare engine I have sitting around is a 77k mile 2.5 also from a mazda 6.
I didn't change any of the clutch items at all when changing the engine out. Clutch looked good.
Although please note, it would be best to change the slave master. Which is why I haven't even hooked it back up.
Most likely they are toast based on my na/nb miata master/slave experiences whenever they are removed.
I set the timing up, however I think the crank position sensor might need to be adjusted still. Not 100%
If you don't trust how I timed the motor, I have a bunch of oem friction washers for the crank, cams, etc.
I will also include all of the timing tools. The camshaft holding tool and crank holding tool. Also a crank pulley holder.
Bring out your full hazmat suit, because if a car can have covid, it's this one. The interior is pretty jank.
It has some mold spots under the seat and probably some old condiments sitting underneath as well.
Pretty sure the previous owner ate mcdonalds in it a lot. Ask me how I know.
I do have a battery to jumpstart it and show that it runs and whatnot. No battery will fit and come with it though.
I have yet to get the 2.5L swap tuned. Multiple options for this.
I have no details on the accident it had, but I have some ideas on what happened. Looks like it slid off the road.
It is a perfect for a nc2 bumper swap btw.
The injector rail makes a seriously high pitched noise. It almost sounds like a bad pulley on the ps pump.
Although I ruled out any pulleys by running the engine with no accessory belts.
I have spare 2.5 injectors included in the sale.

I am open to offers. I would prefer to get it out of here quick, but won't give it away. Asking 3500 right now, which may be a bit high, but who knows... Really just looking for offers.
