is this baby gonna run ms3pro? I forget what your latest ecu selection was
Sorry chief. It's a Holley LS1/LS6 ecu and standalone harness. It's a really nice unit, the harness is top notch as well. I didn't want to fuss with trying to make a F body harness work or trying to make a MegaSquirt harness work. I already had to wire other **** on the car, and Holleys harness plugged right in to every sensor on the motor, expect the knock sensors (cause I ain't no bitch and I dont run knock sensors ), I had to extend the wires to my fuel pressure regulator but thats only because I have it mounted on the Aeromotive FPR and not in the stock FPR location on the fuel rails...cause I gots them billet rails
Got my headers and my cross over pipe wrapped, spark plug wires are built, got my ZR1 3 bar MAP sensor mounted, made a nifty little plug to plug the stock LS1 MAP sensor location. Mcleod has been jacking around with the clutch, it was supposed to be here yesterday, but I never got a tracking number or anything yet. So I am going to give them a call again tomorrow. I am literally waiting on them at this point to stick the motor back in the car and leave it in there until I blow it up lol
As of today, I am waiting on my invoice to show up from the DriveShaft Shop for the rear axles. Stage 5, billet hubs, I had them make them 31 spline for me, as well as vented road race boots. I finally got my rear end back as well. 3.21:1 R&P with a Richmond full spool. Once I get the rear sub frame back from powder coat I will get a driveshaft made then anxiously await the axles. They said 4-6 weeks for build time.
I'm not sure if anyone has experience with DSS but mine has not been the most pleasant. I just hope the axles don't break then I won't have to deal with them any more.
I do plan on getting the front bumper knocked out, going to do my own attempt at the ABS air dam + splitter. Really hoping to be out and about shaking this thing down early next year. It's been a long road but I feel like the light at the tunnel is near.

I have a little bit. Also not the most pleasant.
$135 for a DS spacer. lolz
Well, I have some fantastic news. I finally got a shipping confirmation from the DriveShaft Shop! My axles will be here Friday! That means the hubs are getting pressed in and it's getting ripped down the strip either Friday night or Saturday!
Fluids are done
Brakes are bled
Clutch bled
Driveshaft made and installed
Seat mounted
Shifter relocated for more comfort
Gas pedal built, throttle cable done
Went with a 3.08 instead of the 3.21, get a little more MPH
@18psi I am shooting to make some laps at Thunderhill on April 7th if you want to come out. I pre registered as some incentive to get **** done. Also an open invite to anyone else that would like to come out.
