Project Rust Bucket/Learning Process/Beat Up My POS

so, I have a 91 NA, it has about 170k on the clock, PO said it had a rebuilt which I doubt because it likes to burn some oil on downshifts and throttle let off in general. Whatever, ill address that when the time comes. This is my first miata.
Im calling this Project Rust Bucket/Learning Process/Beat Up My POS because thats exactly what it is; a rusty POS that I will be experimenting with boost and other little things here and there. And I'm going to also be learning to drive the car the way it was intended.
Currently the car is sitting on Raceland coils, stock bushings through out and thats about it. I have a set of TIEN super streets on the way with some megan RUCA's, that I scooped for a very reasonable price. I just received a set of 7m injectors from a friend for the price of the remains of a roll of heat wrap. I have also recently bought a bunch of gaskets and parts for the front of the motor, so it wont leak any more.
I'm gonna go take some pics of the rust repair and remaining rust for you guys.

for the interior rust, it was simply cut out as much as possible, and then I cut a plate to fit for each hole and riveted in place then sealed the seams. Keep in mind as shitty as the repair is, it is temporary.
next on the repair list is:
mazdaspeed motor mounts
Delrin diff mounts w/ new mounting brackets
control arm bushings
super now outer and oe inners
