Si vede che non lo frequentate abbastanza.... o frequentate le discussioni sbagliate!
Di spunti ce ne sono infiniti!
If you are just a Ricer, Mx5Italia gives you the same treatment you will find here and everywhere (except for CR hahaha).
You pay too much attention to hyper-critics/old-fashioned/miata philosophist guys :P
In Italy there are several tuned engines, but as it's not legal for DD (and a lot of them use Miata as DD...), they don't like to share really everything with anyone, as they would like not to be extremely visible.
So don't act like "I know everything because I read MT.net", be humble, read and listen to all the feedbacks also over there!

WARNING!! Do not use that sock on the pump - use your original one - otherwise you'll be getting fuel starvation in tight corning at slightly less than 1/2 tank. Look at page 13 on my thread and you'll see the difference between the OEM sock, and what is on your walbro.
Edit to add - closer looking at your pump pic, you might be ok - it just looked like from the angle of the pic that the sock was 180* in direction from oem. The sock that came with my 255 was wrong - which lead to fuel problems.
