I tried a 0.0625" restrictor first and it still consumed oil. I also fully disconnected the PCV system from the intake tract which did not help.

Hold a piece of paper over your fill port with the car running and the PCV ports capped off. If it flutters, your good, if it tries to blow the piece of paper away, you have blowby. Sometimes what looks like a ton of blowby could be normal.

Its now time finally for some WIN in this thread!

While driving yesterday, I noticed that everytime that I hit the gas, a little coolant sprayed up out of the hood vents and onto the windshield. Turns out that the stupid flex hose I had for the lower radiator got cut on the alternator belt as the hose is to thick. So I made it about 20 miles to bennet auto and found a hose that looks like it was meant for my setup. I when to phils, got the hose installed, got my meth tank up again and went out to go tune.

Cars running like a champ. Fast as **** and sounds awesome. I took out the pcv and no no oil loss anymore! I have a leaking injector though which is making startups a little annoying but its petty compared to everything. I need to send em off to get fixed.

It looks like so far the worst is behind me for now. I have a little vac leak somewhere thats causing my idle to stay at 1500 rpms but ill deal with that later. I should be getting my Blox mani in sometime this week so hopefully by next weekend ill have it installed on the car. Gonna hit the dyno probably in two weeks time.

The NB widebody kit will be going off to the molder in a few weeks so I can FINALLY start working on making the car look good.

What kind of intake manifold is that? Looks like it is from a Honda B series.

You need to iron those pockets, they got the red neck wrinkle...

By the way I like the red "v-tec" color valve cover

The manifold is off to the welder. I should have it back by this friday and hopefully on the car.

In true fashion now my ac stopped working. the compressor doesnt turn on now so thats more fun to deal with.

Im also now wondering what im gonna do in regards tot eh body of the car. Its looking more like the Widebody group buy is not gonna pan out. Since I got banned from cr.net, the gb hasnt had the attention its needed to make it work as Mike is out working on other kits and the like and doesnt have the time I did to keep the ball rolling. That being said Im now wondering what to do about the front bumper. Id get the GV front like Dopplerrader and Rotornut but Id feel id be biting. I dont want another stock front end and I dont like the Bomex bumper.
The front fenders are are gonna be stock but just pulled and stretched to no end.

So my battery is toast again. Why for a 3rd time in 6 months I have no idea. I know theres a reason for it but I just havent taken the time to look. Lastnight though, I jumped the car and I drove.

My Idle was where I should be all of a sudden, the car is running awesome, but my vac is down to 18HG. Since the car was running good an all, this means it will blow soon.
