Update! I am looking at buying a house, we found a nice LARGE lot (.485 acres / ~140x150) with loads of room for garage space. 3br/2ba and updated electrical. Garage is fed off the 100amp house service so I will need to get 100 or 200amp service bored to the garage. Single family house being sold for inheritance money so it's well taken care of. They split the lot to maximize cash but I like having space to sprawl out so we're picking up both lots.

Overhead shot of the lay-of-the-land.

.485 acres 20 minutes from downtown, not bad! I can have 1024sqft garage (20x26 currently, up to 26 x 39 x 18ft peak) and 312sqft for an accessory building w/ 18ft peak, 12x26 or 14x22)

We closed on the house and have completed ~80% of the move now. Car stuff is on hold while we finish moving and I need to cleanup the old place before the rental company does their inspection and lets me out of my lease.

Now if this outbreak would kindly end before my job is impacted...

Been a busy month. We terminated our rental lease and have until the 30th to be moved out. I've got everything moved over so it's just cleaning at this point.

Decided to get some work done to the 94 N/A car to make room in the garage. Installed the 949 organic twin disc (had a factory FW/Clutch), the 6 speed + MR short shifter and the Torsen (w/ poly mounts) from the 95 as well as my old mazdacomp engine mounts. Installed the JR header, magnaflow cat and RB powerpulse catback. Just what the doctor ordered, a total blast to drive. Forgot how stiff the twin's pressure plate was, I've been novice stalling again lol. Need to get a shim kit and install the 3.3 R+P eventually so it drives more like a 5spd+OD gear
