I'll be back at the shop in a few hours, taking a break. Then I'll put together 90% of the front end for a few pictures.
For now here is the coldside piping for the IC. As you can see I will no longer be able to put the headlights down, so haters can suck my *****. I'll deal with the omg dragz0r caused by the barn doors somehow.
It loooooks like I can just cut straight for the IC and not go under the light, but I was planning to mount my coolant over flow there... we shall see. I wish I could weld every time I work on this thing, it really is a must for custom work :/

I'll go over my calculations and compressor map plots at work tomorrow just for laughs. I do know garrett had some f'ed up maps for the 1544 (and why I could only get 240-ish rwhp at 14psi with crazy IAT's) but for the 1548's it seemed good. Plus my dad ran one 1548 on his 1.3 swift with great results so I figured two would work a'ite on a 1.8. Laggier than a 2560 but I do miss the rush at upper rpm's on the highway

I would have given up on this project a long time ago if I wasn't so excited about how awesome this setup is going to be. No matter what power these turbos make I'm sure I will be more than impressed.
As you can see I had to mod the y-pipe quite a bit. More clamps than I like, but I'm telling myself that is only temporary until I can get someone to weld me up some IC piping....
I have pictures of the front end... will post them tonight... keep checking hheheh.

Still need to work on a bit of the alignment as can see in the photos. But def looks good at 10ft. Which is all that matters to me.
right hood pin needs to be adjust a bit.

If by doing it wrong you mean don't have a welder then you are correct.
I'm seriously considering ditching this setup, it was a lot of working getting it to this point... but the factor is starting to creep up on me.
I just want this damn thing to runnnnnnnnnnnnn.
