Im thinking you should make the front fenders all part of the one piece you got going on there to make it even lighter

Yea the way you have it laid out why not just make it a one piece front end. You could save a lot of weight by completely removing the headlights and front fenders. Being that you are trying to save as much weight as possible.

I was thinking of making it one piece, but you still need to have a removable bumper to get it on and off the trailer, etc.

So now i am doing this. -

That would be ideal right there. Incorporate the hood and fenders and make the bumper detachable.

That would be perfect. I forgot about the whole trailer thing I drive my car everywhere because it is not a track car so I do not have this problem.

The front mould is done, just need to stick some timber on it so it sits level when it's on the bench - and trim it.

I got 1 coat of green on the rears and ran out, so the second layer is red. Almost dried enough to keep going.

There was enough p.v.a. But i didn't wax it enough. I pulled the plaster off the mould and the p.va peels off after it. The plaster was applied to the cars bodywork without sanding the paint or anything, so it's not really stuck to the car very well.
