My issue is that most places hear 205 on a 9" wheel and don't want to even look at them. Most of the time I can get most tires to seat normally by pulling up and rocking the tire around but have had to use a tire cheetah on one of them in the past.

Make enough friends at the track and maybe one of them will have a tire machine that they are nice enough to let you use lol.
I get 4 mounted for $20. Find a hole in the wall used tire shop. This one's mostly got a Spanish speaking staff and clientele. They'll mount any tire on any wheel if you have cash.

Yeah I've done that as well in the past haha.

On these two streets, I'm sure Sean knows the place, Chandler Blvd. and Arizona Ave., there is probably about 50 mexican tire shops within 1 mile of there. They'll all try to outbid the **** out of each other, plus there are multiple 24 hour shops. I've rolled up to one of those at like 2AM on a Sunday morning because I found a nail in one of the tires on the racecar while I was scrambling to fix it. I pounded on the door as per the instructions on the sheet of paper taped to it, and I looked through the small window of the door and some dude sits up in the bed of a pickup truck, looks around confused for a second and then opens the door and will help you out with whatever tire mounting stuff you need done lmao.

Good things from last weekend:

-My dad did the qualy race and main race on Saturday. Got 1st in both races.
-I did qualy race and main race on Sunday, started from back in qualy and got 2nd, then got 1st in main race.
-Got good video of all races.
-WHP Main Course is opening back up after being closed for like 2 years, next race will be there. (Sean????)

Bad things from last weekend:

-Only 4 people in class, no free tires.
-Owner of red Civic from previous races sold his car to another PS4 competitor that has the white with red/blue FB First Gen RX-7. Which is why there were only 4 people in class.
-New driver of red Civic hit my dad in main race. Also he's super aggressive and almost ran me off course multiple times.

Anyways... see for yourself. No apparent huge damage but I haven't taken the bumper off yet.

Main was one of my favorites. Isn't the drag tree in the way? Did they make it removable? Does that mean we get mondo back?

The drag tree was always removable. The guy that managed the drag strip lied to management or something and said it was not. I'm not sure about Mondo but I hope so. I've never driven that one.

ugh. that would make me blow my top getting shoved in the back like that. Maybe I shouldn't go wheel to wheel racing.

There are a$$holes out there. The best way to get even with them is to outdrive them like Arca's old man!

I've also captured highly-incriminating video of some bad actors in the past. Low and behold, next event they're gone. It's rare for race organizations to ask someone to leave, but when EVERYONE in a race complains about the same guy and then video gets posted to YouTube . . . .

The rules with pro are they dont give a **** whos fault it was or what happened, both drivers must say everything has been taken care of monetarily or whatever, before they let either of you back... if you were to report it to them.

Does anything ever get taken care of? Do people actually fix your car if they hit you?

Yeah I didn't report it I just talked to the guy and said look, that was dumb, don't do it again. But then he was being overly aggressive again on Sunday. He split before I could talk to him though. I'll see him at the next event I'm sure.

He's a nice enough guy, his spacial awareness just sucks. I'm not going to get in his face because I need the numbers to get free tires but we'll definitely have a talk where I'll establish that I expect him to be more respectful or the next time he will be getting a bill from a body shop. I'm there to race and have fun not play bumper cars lol.

That's why I set mine up to have a good view of the mirrors because I can't be bothered to have two GoPros.

Its expected if the other drivers claims it, yes.

All Aaron has to do is call Dylan and say, "hey this happened", and he wont be allowed back until Aaron says theyre square. The other driver could counter claim and then Aaron wouldnt be allowed back until other guy says theyre square, or until video evidence convices Dylan that Aaron truly wasnt at fault. Pro doesnt have any power beyond that obviously, he could just go run with NASA instead.

At almost all organizations there's basically an unwritten rule that if the two people involved don't work it out, either one or both get banned from the organization. Some places will determine who is "at fault" from video evidence, but they do not have power to make somebody pay to fix the other guys car against his will. Every incident I've seen usually gets worked out.

Like I said I chose not to report it, I'll just have a talk with the guy next time I see him so that it's understood I'll report anything that happens in the future. There's almost no visible damage to the bumper which is why I'm not worried about it, I'll take a picture later.

My dad's very first wheel to wheel race. This is from the ProAutoSports Halloween event.
