I do need to find the 99/00 ABS wiring, and figure out where I am going to mount the computer and stuff. I also need to find some 1/8npt to miata hardline size adapters. Going to make a list and just go to my local hydraulic supply they are always awesome.
@codrus I'm going to come bug you in your old build thread after I look at my fuse configuration and what-not tonight.

Line lock bruh.
Haven't seen it yet, but according to monk the harness between the abs pump and the abs computer was mutilated by some other *******. So I have to reconnect everything.

I'm not sure what the best location for the computer is in your case, but I removed the bracket and everything for the pump.
Unless the shelf is drastically different from NA to NB, mounting it should be super easy.
Just use the hardlines from the prop valve to figure out where the pump sits.

I know leafy had to mangle his bracket to get it to work. I need to fit my FPR and catch can in that space too. Though I might move the FPR and flex fuel sensor somewhere else.

For 99/00 wiring diagram, see here:
http://www.mellens.net/mazda/mazda_m...999_wiring.pdf
Fig 3 appears to be the ABS stuff. More wires than the '03 system I put in my car because of the separate ABS computer.
As far as fuses go, there are three things to power:
- the ABS computer, 10A from the fusebox under the dash
- the ABS valve body, 20A from the fusebox in the engine bay
- the ABS pump, "fusible link" of unspecified amperage.
I used a 50A fuse for the "fusible link", it's the big-*** red one wrapped in electrical tape that you can see in the photo above.

I still have extra pins, but I have no idea if the connector on the NA instrument cluster is the same as the NB one.
I put a switch on the power line to the ABS computer so I can disable it. It's the lowest current and seemed like the one that's least likely to do something weird if it's not working.

Aidan you crack me up. "want to spend an undetermined amount of your time (likely no less than a half hour though) to pick something up, pay for it, and mail it, so I can save less than $10?"

Hence the winky face, and the expectation that it wont actually happen ![](https://www.miataturbo.net/images/smilies/smile.gif)
It mostly saddens me that I have to pay $10 for something that can be shipped with $.69 of postage. Oh well, life goes on.

It mostly saddens me that people think that for $0.69, the USPS won't tear them out of the package, causing the customer to complain, email/call me asking where the parts are and why a tracking number wasn't included, and then when the tattered envelope shows up, they'll call and insist that I overnight them a replacement pair because "I should have packed them better"
