Default AEM EMS-4 HELP PLEASE!!!

First off, this forum has helped me tremendously and definitely wouldn't be close to where I am with this project. The project is a 1976 Jensen Healey and I have motor swapped a BONE STOCK 2002 1.8L N/A Miata motor and Auto Transmission. I am utilizing a factory trans controller and an AEM EMS-4 Series 2. I have the car running and driving but runs like complete crap and have timing sync errors, cant get idle control to function right, try to lean it up with no joy, sounds like i have a damn 2 step when getting over 3,000 rpms. Pretty sure it has to do with my tooth configuration however, I am at wits end with this thing. I have even called multiple tuning shops to dump this on to get it running right and they wont touch this ECU with a 10 foot pole and I really cant blame them. Figured as a last ditch effort, I would post up a tune and log file here for some hopeful help before saying to hell with it and purchasing an MS3. Would really like if someone could look this tune over and tell me where the heck I screwed it up and some assistance getting the VVT working (Currently disabled) and make this car run like it should.
