Default Crazy High Idle

just got my car dialed in on the dyno. awesome MAP BTW. And it was idling fine before at ~ 900rpm. However this past week it started idling up crazy at like 3000rpm. and its coming in throught he throttle plate. I put my hand over it and it sucks it right up.

I only made a couple changes that could be the culprit.

#1) so i want to work on the throttle response. looks like the best way to do that is the MAP prediction transient throttle setting. but to do that I need to download and flash the latest greatest. so i do the V4 flash and software.

or #2) I am codriving my buddies car at the B'ville tour. his intake isn't that great, so we put mine on his car. so for now, I am basically running a filter on the TB. and the Temp sensor is zip tied nearby rather than in the ducting as beofre.

Could either of those two items be the culprit of the crazy high idle? or something else? ideas? is this a common problem?

Thanks

The IACV intake port is just before the throttle plate. Put your finger over that and see what happens. If it is actually your throttle plate, maybe the set screw backed...in.

I was thinking it might be Puter related. Travis looked at the map and it looks okay. so now thinking I either have a vacuum leak or something like IACV.
