Well, you aren't doing any favors by not posting any information about a car.
To some here a matte paintjob and no other information may look like a basketcase. $4k for an NB1 with hardtop may sound like a good deal but if you have to spend thousands to get it to a point where you would actually want to drive it, the bargain aspect goes out the window.
How about you post what wheels you have on the car, how many miles the tires have on them, what transmission, brakes, suspension is on the car. What has been modified? What are the issues on the car (be honest). You are posting on a nationwide web forum and it isn't as easy as driving an hour or two to go look at it. If someone on here is interested they will likely have to book a flight or train.
Just my opinion. I am leary about buying a car long distance that I don't know anything about.
