1994 Mazda Miata - $2400 OBO
Category: Import
Status: Clean Title
I have a 1994 Mazda Miata for sale, in USA - North Carolina.
Mileage: 185xxx miles
Asking price is $2400 OBO

Sold off all the turbo and supporting parts already so just left with a running car minus exhaust/manifold. stock injectors, ecu, o2, wheels etc all back on it, so if someone wants to throw an offer at me, I would prefer to just sell as is, would install exhaust if someone commits to the car and wants to provide me with an exhaust system, I can install it for them so they can drive it home rather than tow it. I would prefer to sell it this way than continuing to part it as everything that is left is big. heavy, or both and would not be fun to ship.
KNOWN ISSUES:
it will have a -10 AN cap on the oil drain fitting since it was jb welded in, I figured no harm leaving it and would allow easy turbo upgrade in the future for whoever buys it.
clutch sometimes doesn't seem to disengage, only happens when it has sat for a while and is first driven. If i pump the clutch a few times its fine. I tried bleeding the clutch line but it seems like it might have some air in the line or maybe a small leak, but i haven't seen the clutch reservoir lower any so I never did anything about it since it only happened a few times after it had sat a while and the engine had been out/back in.
Tach acted kinda wonky sometimes under hard accel. It never happened until the MS2 was installed, and I haven't driven it since it has been replaced with the stock ECU so it may be a non issue, but wanted to be open about it. I assume it was a ground interference issue.
EGR blockoff plates are installed still so the exhaust will need to have a capped EGR tube, and the ECU will most likely throw a code. I have the EGR valve installed over the plate so you cant tell from looking, and I can dig up the other regulator solenoids if you want them to help pass visual inspection but Im still thinking the ECU will have a code. Not sure if it would at idle or at cruise or neither, but just mentioning it.
(not necessarily an issue if turbo/MS is in your future)
It has Rokkor suspension..enough said..
(hey we all make mistakes sometimes right?)
Comes with stock wheels and good tread all seasons (not the 6ULs pictured in the auto x pic, those have been sold)

feel free to text me if interested, ill see that before I see a PM

Yep, not sure the ratio, but Im pretty sure its the stock unit. I bought it from a guy who was perfectly content driving it stock and he mentioned buying it from an older guy who felt the same.
