1992 Mazda Miata - $2999
Category: Import
Status: Clean Title
I have a 1992 Mazda Miata for sale, in USA - Texas.
Mileage: 253000 miles
Engine Size: 1.6L
Asking price is $2999
This is a 1992 Mazda MX-5 Miata 5 speed with the 1.6L engine. Clean TX title with good inspection sticker until 9/2015. Has an OEM manual steering rack, so NO POWER STEERING. It really isn't that bad, the car is so light. Has everything for A/C, but the compressor is not connected at the moment. Includes everything for A/C.
Brand new Exedy clutch with new throw out bearing, pilot bushing, pressure plate.
Resurfaced OEM flywheel.
Brand new rotors on all 4 corners
Brand new brake pads all 4 corners
New transmission fluid
New brake fluid
New clutch fluid
New injector O-rings
Replaced injectors with newer ones
4 new NGK 5553 spark plugs
New Clutch Master Cylinder
New Clutch Slave Cylinder
The radio/speakers sounds great. The top is in good condition with no tears or leaks. It has an interesting feature of an optional "third brake" light... I didn't install it. But you can place the light into the socket in the back and will light up when the brakes are pressed. Doesn't have a gauge cluster hood. Besides that, the interior is a 7/10. Paint is a 6/10 with a few spots where the clear coat is fading, very few dings, a few chips, 3 small pebble cracks in windshield that can probably be repaired easily they are so small. Has 253k miles, but it appears to be running great... I'm pretty sure this is not the original engine, but I could be wrong... If so it looks good internally. Timing belt looks new as the writing on it looks brand new. Cam lobes look good with no scoring or scratches. Current tires have tread left, but are kind of hard and old. Could maybe use an alignment and some new tires.
I may have forgotten something new that was added.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
Sorry for the bad pictures, I dropped my phone recently and the camera lens is cracked and makes the images poor.
